Operations Administrative Assistant

Pay: $19.75 - $22.00/hr. pl8s a generous benefits package

Hours/Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

General Summary: This position for Roseburg Distribution Center is responsible for tracking and reporting operational productivity, driver operations payroll, key performance indicators.

Essential Job Functions:

• Gather data from multiple reports and enter on spread sheets.
• Calculate and report on productivity and performance incentives for multiple departments.
• Process, research, and record/report on errorsommunicate with multiple departments and employees in a professional manner.
• Other tasks as needed for vacation coverage.
• Answering phones.
• Taking orders.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential to this position.
• General knowledge of warehouse and/or transportation industry
• Must multitask.
• Must have written and oral communication skills.
• Skilled in time management- the ability to follow through with daily tasks and be a self-starter.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, as there is exposure to sensitive information.
• Ability to work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
• 1-2 years’ experience with clerical and administrative procedures such as filing, data entry and customer service.
• Direct Experience within a warehouse/fast-paced distribution facility preferred.
