The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is designated as the primary driver for bringing new customers to Harbor Wholesale within their assigned region. Responsibilities include growing and developing new business sales by securing new customer purchases in a new, developing and profitable northern CA region. Harbor Wholesale has a superlative team on the ground for full support and training in this beautiful area of northern CA. Candidates need to currently reside central to the territory. Must have a minimum of 3 years field sales experience with a proven and successful track record and a passion for creating a successful sales region. **** Travel is about 50% of the position; all expenses pre-paid.
Compensation: This position offers a first-year compensation plan of $ 65,000-$ 85,000 DOE salary, inclusive of a bonus/commission program.
