The Benefits and Training Coordinator assists team members with benefit education, enrollment and questions, distribution of benefit materials, maintains employee database and files, and ensures compliance with required benefit notices. This position provides excellent customer service to all Harbor team members, while maintaining confidentiality. This position will also assist in the day-to-day questions and enrolment/access matters with the company learning management system (LMS).This is an onsite position at Harbor's corporate office in Lacey, WA
Hours: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday with some flexibility on each side of these hours.
Compensation range: $25-30 per/hour DOE
Hourly: Full-Time
